GDPR Consent
We want to let you know how Idox Digital Services works and why we need your name and consent.

Data you provide as part of any application or request using Idox Digital Services will be:
- Stored by Idox Software Ltd as a cancelled submission for 30 days if not submitted in order to support service desk enquiries. After which time it will be deleted.
- Used to send you an email copy of the completed form once submitted.
- Transferred to the respective authority for the form when you submit the application.
- Held by Idox for 30 days to ensure successful transfer to the receiving authority.
- In addition where an IdoxID account has been created, your username, forename, surname and email address are stored and may be used:
- To send you a registration confirmation email
- To send you an email with details on how to change your password if you forget it
- To allow you to save (where this option has been enabled) a partially completed form prior to submission.
- To display a list of your draft submissions and to allow you to resume and complete a draft submission.
Data provided as part of a saved application or request will be stored for 30 days. If no further changes are made to the application/request the data will be deleted. Updating the application/request will enable the continued storage.
You must provide consent under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to continue using this form. For alternative submission options please contact the Authority.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Prior to submission closing the browser window will end your session. Any data entered on the form or uploaded as part of the submission or request will be automatically deleted within 24 hours.
If you are registered with an IdoxID account you may visit the draft submission page (emailed as part of the registration process) where you can delete any of your draft submissions and optionally withdraw your consent by deleting your IdoxID account.
Where applications/requests have been submitted, these will be transferred to the authority. You will need to contact the authority direct to withdraw the application/request. You may also contact the IdoxDS service desk at servicedesk@idoxds.com to remove the record of your submission from Idox.
